Find Yourself. Find your Women.

A women's wellbeing community creating spaces to connect with yourself, your body, your needs, and each other.

Women's circles · Conversation evenings · Embodied practices · Gatherings
Berlin & Online

Does this feel familiar?

Some seasons you need to turn inward. To understand your body better, to listen to your needs without questioning them, to honour the days you have energy and the days you do not.

Other seasons you need the opposite. A table of women talking about the things we do not talk about enough: our cycles, changing bodies, emotions, relationships, boundaries, rest, ageing, motherhood, identity, and everything in between.

Not another place telling you how to become a better version of yourself.

A place to reconnect with yourself, and a place to connect with others. Parea holds both.

Because womanhood was never meant to be figured out alone.

You belong here.

Reconnect with yourself. Connect with others.

Wellbeing is not only an individual practice. Parea sits where the two meet: the quiet work of knowing yourself, and the warmth of being known by other women.

Where your community lives Two overlapping circles. The left circle reads self-discovery and wellbeing, the right circle reads connection and belonging, and Parea sits where they overlap. Self-discovery & wellbeing Connection & belonging PAREA

Shared values, different life stories

Reconnect with yourself

Self-discovery & wellbeing

Body · Cycles · Self · Movement · Sound · Breath · Rest · Boundaries · Reflection

Learning to listen to the body rather than constantly overriding it. Understanding that your needs are not meant to look the same every day or every season, and making space to hear yourself beneath everything you have been told you should be.

Connect with others

Connection & belonging

Each Other · Women's Circles · Honest Conversations · Shared Experiences · Friendship · Community

A table where you are met as you are, by women who come from different lives and want the same honesty. Because wellbeing is not only an individual practice. We need each other too.

Our two signature experiences.

Two ways to meet other women this month in Berlin. Come to one, come to both.

"The healing effect of that 1 session I attended was so wonderful. I would normally feel a weird sensation and pain where my operation scars were. However it seems to be much lesser now. Don't know if its a physical impact or mental one but whatever it is - its amazing!"

"I attended an online Ho'oponopono session with them, and it was a truly insightful and meaningful experience. The session came at a time when I was navigating a challenging situation, and I found the guidance and practice genuinely helpful in gaining clarity and a sense of inner calm. I would highly recommend their sessions, whether online or offline. They offer thoughtful support for women's well-being, addressing different dimensions of emotional, mental, and personal growth. A truly enriching experience."

Ritika

Sound Practitioner · Identity Shift Coach · Yoga Instructor · Women's Circle Facilitator

I spent years feeling disconnected from my own body, running on everyone else's expectations of who I should be. The practices that brought me back - sound healing, yoga, deep identity work - are the same ones I now hold space for in every session and circle.

My work draws from somatics, nervous system regulation, yoga, sound, meditation, and ongoing training in identity and mindset coaching. First, we bring the body back to safety. Then, we rebuild from there. Not with more advice - but with practices that actually land.

Alongside Parea, Ritika offers private yoga and sound sessions through her personal practice.
